Craniosacral Therapy (C.S.T.) has been a massive part of my life for over 20 years.

I am a huge believer, having had regular treatments myself, in the positive benefits of CranioSacral and cannot recommend it enough.

However - I was a sceptic myself about complementary therapy until I tried it.

Like many, until you have a condition or your body and health needs support - I hadn't even considered it.

I really understand when it comes to health and your body - it couldn't be more personal.

So please do not hesitate to speak to me about any concerns.

I started C.S.T. "Training from Scratch" in 2021 with the Upledger Institute.
