Craniosacral Therapy (C.S.T.) has been a massive part of my life for over 20 years.

I am a huge believer (through personal experience) in the positive benefits of this therapy.

I was a sceptic myself about complementary therapy.

Like many, until you have a condition or your body and health needs support - I hadn't even considered it!

I really understand when it comes to health and your body - it couldn't be more personal.
